Brad Corcoran MS, CSCS
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Brad brings a wealth of knowledge, education and experience to Harmony Fitness with a functionally integrated approach to training. His sessions include a variety of new school training techniques with a blend of "old school" strength exercises to improve not only the physical fitness, but the performance and overall health of his clients. Brad incorporates a number of mobility drills to help improve joint stability, balance, posture, and body control into every training session.
Brad holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from Long Island University (LIU) in Brooklyn, NY. While at LIU, Brad was a member of the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Team where he was a 2-time All-Northeast Conference Performer and lead the team to the 2004 Northeast Conference Championship and NCAA East Regional. Brad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Brad co-authored a study published in the NSCA's Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research while completing his Master's Degree.
Brad is constantly trying to improve both his and his clients abilities through daily research and practical application of new training techniques. In an industry where you can never stop learning, Brad is trying to stay ahead of the curve and provide the best opportunities for his clients to succeed.
Outside of Harmony Fitness, Brad works with a number of elite athletes competing at the University, National, Professional and Olympic level. He is a proud father and actively plays competitive hockey and baseball.
