We are proud to introduce you to Noel, our newest member of the Harmony Fitness team. Noel comes to us with over 20 years of experience and is one of the most sought after coaches and trainers in Canada.

Noel owned his own successful personal training and professional boxing facility from 1993 to 1999 in Hamilton, ON, called 'Clubb Canada'.

Noel grew up surrounded by the boxing and fitness industry, his father was a well known wrestling promoter in Canada which exposed Noel to the best of the best at a very young age.

Noel was trained by some of the best boxing coaches in the world including Peter Wylie (trained Shawn O'Sullivan), Arnie Boehm (trained Lennox Lewis, Chris and Greg Johnson), Ned Simmons (a Canadian Pro Lightweight Boxer with over 50 Professional fights).
