SOAKED!:

Harmony Fitness is proud to present the newest in aerobic workouts, “Soaked!” Soaked! Is a beautiful hybrid of kick boxing, boxing, dance and a variety of other martial arts disciplines. What makes Soaked! different is the pace, the style and the energy. Soaked! Will make you just that, soaked. It’s an aerobic workout that will have you smiling, sweating and getting your body in a condition it has never been in before. Get ready to experience a real workout that will give you the lean, strong and tight body you have always wanted.

SPIN - CONDITIONING Kettling:

One of our Harmony Fitness exclusive programs, Kettling is a beautiful hybrid of Spinning and Kettlebells –This class will hit every single muscle in your body in a way that normal weights on a bike never will. We promise you will feel this from head to toe. The unique design of the kettlebell allows swinging motions which help reduce injury and help build core and stability muscles. This 1 hour class is entirely done on the bike.

BOX – BOOTCAMP - Box N’ Boot Camp:

Boxing, meet our friend Boot camp. We brought these two together to make one of our favorite classes. 55 minutes of upper body chiseling, core toning and lower body blasting makes this full body workout the best in the city – Weights, Ropes, Drills and Bag work *Hand wraps required - sold in studio*

CONDITIONING -Body Sculpt:

Body Sculpt is a class that you can really feel. Get a deep burn while strengthening, toning and leaning out your body. This class is guaranteed to make you feel worked. This class is always taught by a personal trainer.

BOOTCAMP - Boot Camp:

The Harmony Boot Camp is famous around the city for being in a league of its own. We pride ourselves in keeping our classes different and fun. TRX, Kettle bells, Balls, Weights, Sliders - you name it, we use it. Be prepared to work!

BOX - Knock Out!

Knock Out! is true boxing - skipping, core work, drills and lots and lots of bag work - we will get you drenched. This isn't your normal boxing class. *Hand wraps required - We have gloves*

SPIN - Spinning:

We know how much people love to spin, we do too. Because we love it we focus on bringing you the BEST instructors, best music and best atmosphere. Our StarTrac Spinner NXT's will be your transportation for this hour long joy ride.

SPIN – HYBRID – BOOTCAMP - Spin Camp:

30 Minutes of the hardest spin you'll ever do, then finish yourself off with a 30 minute butt blasting bootcamp featuring TRX, Kettlebells, Balls, Boxing and more!

SPIN – BOX - Spin Box:

How does 30 minutes of hardcore spin followed by 25 minutes of boxing sound? Don't be nervous, its a blast. Literally. Shred your lower body then sculpt your upper body with this perfect hybrid fusion.

BOX – CONDITIONING - TRXBox:

Take the newest and hottest piece of equipment on the fitness market right now, the TRX, and combine it with one of the best aerobic workouts and what do you get? TRXBox. Gravity training meets some old school butt kicking, sound good? We think so.

ZUMBA-CONDITIONING Zumba:

Dance away with this 60 minute salsa inspired aerobic workout, guaranteed to make you smile, sweat and have a great time.


Yoga & Pilates

YOGA - Anusara Level 1 and 2:

Anusara Yoga, as founded by John Friend, is a uniquely integrated approach to Hatha Yoga in which the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of bio-mechanics. The asana practice integrates the celebration of the heart.

YOGA - Solar Flow Level 2 and 3:

Solar Flow aka Power or Athletic Flow is a challenging yet accessible vinyasa class. Solar Flow connects breath to fluid movement. The intention is to detox and innovate in an inspiring way. Solar Flow includes karamas leading to apex poses, such as inversions, floating and arm balances.

PILATES - Pilates:

Our Pilates program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
