Harmony Fitness opened in 2010 and has been growing, moving, and shaking ever since. You can find our Harmony Studios on Eglinton Avenue West (Forest Hill - Cedarvale) and on Orfus Road (Yorkdale - Downsview).

Harmony Fitness offers a wide variety of classes for all types of athletes. All of our classes can be modified for any fitness level! If you're new to Harmony, you'll need to purchase a single class or a package from our Mindbody Online Store to attend a class. Once purchased, you can book in any class through Mindbody (see schedule tab).

 If our Mindbody Class Schedule doesn't fit your schedule, we also have our Harmony at Home: On Demand Platform. With a $20.00/Monthly Subscription, you get access to over 50 (and counting) pre-recorded classes/programs at anytime, from anywhere.
