Arriving late to class

Although we acknowledge that sometimes people arrive late, we will only let them enter the classroom up to 10 minutes after the start of class. All late arrivals after 10 minutes will result in a late cancellation. If you have registered for a class that you are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of the session to receive a credit back to your account. Unless there is a medical emergency supported by a doctor's letter, any
cancellation of a reservation made after the 12-hour timeframe will be regarded as a late cancellation. Waitlist: If you're banking on getting into one of our popular programs that are already full, you may always add your name to our waitlist. However, our busiest classes
frequently fill up days in advance. The waitlist will automatically add people to the class when a slot becomes available. If you are added to the class, you will get a text or email to confirm your spot.
If not, come in person, and we'll try our best to get you into a class.
